Cancellation and Refund

Before placing an order, Please take a moment to go through our return and refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation : The Company takes 1 hour to print the ordered card. The time window for cancellation usually varies based on different types card catagories. The order can not be canceled once it’s printed. So, Beneficiaries should be carefull when fill all details.

1. Customer Satisfaction:

We are committed to providing you with Smart Digital Printed Ration Cards that meet your specifications and expectations. please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your cards in case you are not satisfied with your order.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

We accept exchange/ refund for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Order : Please contact us as soon as possible in case you receive wrong information printed cards.
  • Defective / Damage Card : Please contact us immediately with clear photographs in case you receive printing defects card or damage card during transit.
  • Printing Issues : If you think that the quality of the printed cards doesn’t match our stated standards, Please feel free to contact us with your concerns.

There is no need to return any cards to us.

3. Refund or Replacement:

After receiving complaints about any of previously mentioned reasons (Eligibily for Refund or Exchange) , and confirming the issue, we will offer the following :

  • Replacement : We will reprint and deliver that particular order with the correct or rectified card. There is no additional cost for replacements when comapny will responsible for this.
  • Refund : Inspite of replacements, If beneficiaries prefers, We will issue a refund for the total cost of the defective or incorrect Cards.

Please notify us of any above mentioned issues within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, We may not be able to process your Refund/Replacement.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

In West Bengal, an E-Ration Card is a digital document issued by the Food & Supplies Department, Government of West Bengal to eligible households for accessing subsidized food grains and essential items from fair price shops. It replaces the traditional paper ration card, offering convenience and transparency in the distribution of food subsidies through online platforms.

All beneficiaries of West Bengal having active ration card are eligible for E-Ration Card. However you can order digital ration cards for just Rs.75 in case lost, misplace, or after details updation.

E-Ration Card shall has the same rights and privileges as Digital Ration Card.

ercard.in is a dedicated portal to order digital ration cards across West Bengal. After approval of New Ration Cards, Transfer (Marriage/Divorce/Separation), Ration Card Correction, Ration Dealer Change, who need a Digital Ration Card, can click on

The Electronic Ration Card (E-Ration Card) is granted equivalent rights and privileges as the Digital Ration Card. All relevant authorities are mandated to acknowledge the validity of the Digital E-Ration Card.

  • Verification of the E-Ration Card can be conveniently done online through its Embedded QR code or by entering the E-Ration Card number on the official Department website. This allows for seamless authentication by anyone at any time.
  • Having a QR code on the front and a Barcode on the back facilitates scanning when accessing food grains at the Fair Price Shop.
  • The unique Family ONORC ID Number is printed on the cards for future reference.
  • A Digitally Verified Signature from the Food & Supplies department is added to validate the authenticity of the card.
  • The Holographic Symbol on the front of the card displays its active/de-active status when printed.
  • E-Ration Card holders have the option to download a digital copy of their card from the Department’s website.
  • Upon approval, beneficiaries can access food grains from the Ration Shop starting the next working day.
  • E-Ration Card holders need not carry a physical or paper copy of their Digital Ration Card when visiting the Ration Shop. Instead, they can present either a printed copy on plain paper or display a soft copy on their mobile device to collect food grains.
